Phone A Vet
We care for your pets and understand that there are times where you can not physically make an appointment but you do need medical advice. Phone A Vet allows you to talk to our Specialist Veterinarian and get some answers quickly. Medication can be supplied if deemed necessary. Photos or videos maybe requested as part of the teleconsult.
Business hours is 8am-5pm weekdays. After Hours is 5pm-8am week days, weekends and public holidays
Is an option which is suitable for people who are quarantined or who need advice quickly or need assistance with first aid or if you are not sure if you need veterinary assistance or your animal is already under veterinary care and you are unable to reach out to your normal practitioner. We are here for you.
With a Phone-A-Vet consultation you can provide us with video’s and photos and we will work with you to find a workable solution to assist you and your pet. If you have spoken with our veterinarian and your pet’s problem is deemed more problematic, and it has been decided that a direct consultation is needed for your animal, the Phone-A-Vet fee is deducted from your newly booked consultation.
